This helps to save your time since you do not have to go to the embassy to have them organized a visa any more. Very convenient for your travel! This cost is per passport and only for the Approval letter. It does not include the stamp fee of about $25(for a 30-day single-entry), that you need to pay at Immigration.

If you need airline tickets for a long-distance trip (Beijing or Siem Reap for example), we can also help you to book with airlines for those too. What “Visa on Arrival” means?
This is the easiest way to obtain your visa without having to go to the embassies or consulates in advance. We arrange what is called an “Approval Letter” for you from the Viet Nam Immigration Department in Hanoi.
It takes 3 working days to have it done.
After 3 working days, we will forward you a copy of the “Pre-approval Letter” by email. Another copy of the same document will be sent on your behalf to Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports. This is to be sure that the Immigration officers will have those documents in advance and will be able to issue your entry visa on your arrival. You will need to provide the officers with your 2 photos upon arrival.
