+ How can I secure my advance booking ?

We requires the deposit of only 5% per booking. The balance will be settled upon your arrival. After receiving it, we proceed all the bookings and send you final confirmation.

+ How do i pay the hotel ?

+ Does the hotel have a large room for 4 people?

Yes, the largest room can stay up to 4 people (parents + 2 children)

+ Can i leave the luggage at the hotel when i am not sleeping at the hotel ?

Yes, Camel Central Hanoi Hotel offers luggage storage service for free of charge

+ Is the hotel noisy ?

The behind rooms are a bit noisy (during the day time) because of the streets. The rooms in front are even quiet

+ How much VND for one US Dollar ?

 US$ 1 equal 23,500 VND

+ Where can I change my currency for local currency ?

You can change your currency for local currency at the airport, banks and at our hotel (with small fee)

+ Can I pay by credit card in Hanoi, Vietnam?

3, Health:

+ Is there malaria in Hanoi and in whole Vietnam ?

Malaria happens in the mountainous area. You shouldn't worry about this if you are in Hanoi. If you travel to Ho Chi Minh city or the highland areas, it is quite easy to buy the medicine

+ What should i do if i get sick in Hanoi?

You can go to the SOS International hospital or you can have a private doctor (on call). The SOS hospital is only 10 minutes by taxi from Camel Central Hanoi Hotel
